After this meeting we will begin with the process of creating a presentation/moodboard for each room with all the fabrics, wallpaper, colours and flooring. This is the first step and takes a lot of time, but after a presentation in person, we then have a point where we can start from. The rooms will also be provided in 3D. After the moods are presented, your new house gets a face, and we follow it up with a second meeting where we delve deeper into every room, and make it 100% complete with final choices of materials, colour palette, fabrics/wallpapers, custom made items & the furniture plan.

We start from scratch again, going back to a blank canvas. Before the fun part starts, many decisions need to be made about the layout, lighting, tiles, taps etc. We will help you with these decisions and maintain close contact with the contractor. We make a full budget with all prices, (indications) of the final selections. Including a price indication (measurements) of wallpaper, fabrics & custom-made items. We also have many great people we like to work with, and will gladly share these contacts with you. And we will of course provide the contractor with all necessary information.

After this phase is almost done, the fun part of rebuilding your house begins! We will take care of everything, from ordering the chosen products to taking care of all the deliveries and dealing with any challenges along the way. We have a select group of upholsterers, wallpaper hangers and painters within our own network and the contractor’s network who will take great care of your home.
